SHIPPING POLICY

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.
The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensure timely delivery.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

PROCESSING TIME

OUR WAREHOUSE IS TRANSITIONING TO A NEW LOCATION AT THIS TIME ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER 12PM EST FRIDAY APRIL 22, 2022 WILL EXPERIENCE DELAYS.  WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE.

ORDER MODIFICATION

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! 
 
Once orders have been submitted we will be unable to cancel, modify, change, or add on discounts. 

 

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

TRACKING INFORMATION   

Each order receives an assigned tracking number as soon as the label is printed. We encourage each customer to check their preferred method of communication provided during checkout to get updates about your order. If you have created an account, please log in to get details about your orders.
 
Once your order has been received by the shipping carrier chosen during checkout please allow 24-48 hours for your carrier to display an expected delivery date. Any and all updates regarding the transit of your package while in the shipping carrier's possession are available directly via the carrier's website you chose during checkout. The carrier is directly responsible for updating the information displayed on their website regarding the tracking number provided via the email shipment confirmation. 
 
The duration of the transit of your package is solely controlled via the carrier chosen during checkout, this is completely separate from the allotted timeframe of your order in processing. Curl Bible is not responsible for any failed delivery attempts made by the shipping carrier chosen during the checkout process. Curl Bible will not be held liable for delays, misplaced, or lost packages by the carrier.
 
In the event, your package has been returned to our facility you will be issued a store credit for the retail cost of the items to remake your purchase. 

    LOST PACKAGES

    Curl Bible is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship your package, however, once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.

    It’s important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. Curl Bible is not responsible for undelivered packages due to misinformation of shipping addresses submitted by the customer during the checkout process.

    Curl Bible offers ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION, which gives our clients access to buyer protection at checkout that covers product loss, theft, or damage. Providing you with peace of mind while self-resolve issues in seconds. Feel free to reach out to orders@curlbible.com should you need assistance with placing a claim via Route Package Protection. If Route was not added to your cart, your order will be ineligible for Route Package Protection.

    RETURNED ORDERS

     Orders that are returned to the Curl Bible warehouse due to your package being deemed undeliverable by the carrier used to ship your package will be issued an E-Gift Card.

    The gift card will be delivered via email for the retail cost of the products purchased and will not include the cost of shipping upon the return of your order to our facility. We will not issue a refund or re-ship packages that return to the Curl Bible warehouse. 

    REFUNDS & EXCHANGES 

    Due to the nature of the items sold on the Curl Bible platform, all sales are final and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
